01: the inquiry 

We want to hear all about your wedding! Seriously - we love talking weddings. We will set up a time to meet at our downtown Buffalo studio or zoom if you are out of town. We can discuss all the details as we sip champagne.. or coffee.

02: build your
custom coverage 

We have improved the way we offer packages so that you can custom tailor your photo & video coverage. You can keep it simple or add everything from retro cameras and rehearsal dinner coverage. We realize every wedding day is unique - so your photo & video coverage should be as well.

03: officially booked! 

Once you’ve created your custom wedding coverage to exactly what you need, we will send over an invoice and contract. One third of the total amount will be due to officially book. The second payment is 120 days before the wedding. Final payment is 30 days before the wedding.

04: engagement session 

If you choose to add an engagement session (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), we will start planning. We love capturing an activity or date night you both love to do or it can be as simple as the beach at sunset. The session is great practice before the big day and will ease all your worries about being in front of the camera. We promise: NO AWKWARD POSES!

05: wedding guide & questionnaire 

We will send you our exclusive Moonshine wedding guide to help the planning process. It has tips and tricks to make your day stress free as well as vendor recommendations. You will also receive a questionnaire a few months before the wedding to fill out some wedding day details.

THE PROCESS

06: planning &
timeline creation 

Most couples choose to set up a phone call a few months before the date to make a tentative timeline. The official in person planning meeting will happen around one month before the wedding. At this meeting we will go over shot lists, locations and most importantly create a custom timeline to help you organize your day and give us enough time to capture everything!

07: the BIG DAY!

We will be there when you need us... we will be
a fly on the wall sniping candids when you don’t. Most importantly: ENJOY YOURSELF. Do not be afraid to ask us for anything you need.

08: highlights & trailer film

Within one month from your wedding you can expect to see a small collection of photographs from your day. We select some highlights that can be downloaded and shared. Perfect for ‘Thank You’ cards, social media posts and gifts for friends and family. You will also receive your trailer film around the same time.

09: final delivery

Within 6 months after your wedding, you will receive an email with the link to your online viewing gallery. The email will also contain a personal download pin that enables you to download your high resolution, unwatermarked images. The online viewing gallery allows you to create favorite lists, selects for your album, and has a built in storefront to purchase prints and other products. All of your films will come as a separate email with a link to a personal viewing website. From this site you can stream, download and link to your smart TV. 

10: album creation

If you choose to purchase one of our hand design albums, we will start the process as soon as you are ready. First step is picking out your favorite images (this may take a while since most people love them all).
